Corporate Yoga

Corporate Meditation

Corporate Meditation offerings are customized to provide your office with exactly what you need…..increased creativity, focus, productivity, collaboration…..we’ve got you covered and look forward to creating a unique and rejuvenating experience for your office. 

The lunch hour is the most popular booking for corporate meditation as it provides renewed focus to your office for the 2nd half of their work day!

Our most requested series is Chair Yoga and Meditation combining both of these highly beneficial practices into a power packed 30, 45 or 60 minute weekly session.

Corporate Mindfulness Training

Do you think your employees are stressed?  Prior to COVID, statistics showed 77% of Americans were stressed. Statistics gathered during the COVID pandemic reported that 88% of workers are experiencing moderate to extreme stress. 

Support your employees with a 10-week stress seminar. Shawn’s signature program is a 10 week mindfulness series called Mindfully Rise Above Stress.

This popular program communicates the enormous mental, physical, emotional and psychological benefits of mindfulness, meditation and yoga. Participants learn how to implement practical stress management strategies into their daily lives.


Shawn also provides interactive, story-telling style experiential keynotes for your conference, retreat or event.

Her most sought after speech is Mindfully Rise Above Stress. This keynote is designed to share how mindfulness strategies can transform the way one deals with stress. 

In this popular speech Shawn declares that we always have a choice:  We can let stress overtake us or we can mindfully take control of our stress.  Stress is an integral part of modern life, but we get to decide how to work with it.

Shawn is the BEST! I just had her as a Featured Speaker in The 101 Referral Network Group Summer Workshop where we packed the room with attendees from all around the Phoenix area. Her presentation was excellent on stress management.She provided good examples of various stress remedies.
