Can I access the classes on my phone?

Yes! Your membership includes access to our mobile app, allowing you to stream classes from anywhere. Simply download the "Breathe and Work" app after signing up, log in with your membership credentials, and your entire wellness library will be available on your phone.

Is there a minimum commitment period?

No, your membership is month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You can cancel anytime if it's not the right fit for you, though most members find the wellness benefits so impactful that they stay with us for years!

What equipment do I need to participate?

Just a chair and yourself! All our classes are designed to be done in regular work clothes at your desk. No special equipment, yoga mats, or workout attire required. Some members like to have a small pillow handy for certain sitting positions, but it's completely optional.

When are new classes added?

New content is added monthly, following our wellness themes. Each month, you'll receive new chair yoga sessions, meditation practices, and a featured wellness presentation on that month's topic. All previous content remains accessible, so your wellness library continues to grow over time.

Can I download classes to watch offline?

Yes, our mobile app allows you to download sessions for offline viewing. This is perfect for travel, areas with spotty internet, or if you just prefer to minimize data usage.

What if I miss the live Monday session?

While we love seeing you at our live sessions, we understand scheduling conflicts happen! All live Monday sessions are recorded and added to your library within 24 hours, so you never have to miss out on the content.
