My absolute favorite way to re-charge is to take a yoga nidra meditation break mid day. It truly is the ultimate power nap.
You know those days when you have more on your to do list than what you can actually have time to get done (probably most days!). Well, those are the days that we need this mid day yoga nidra break the most because then we will have the energy to zip through our to do list that much quicker and with much more focus and accuracy.
This meditation is 15 minutes so I set my alarm for 20 minutes. Once the 15 minute meditation completes I bask in my energized, creative state somewhere wonderful between sleep and wakefulness.
